#BALL AT HOME
It is no secret that Covid-19 has made an unprecedented impact on the basketball world which has greatly affected our local community. The whirlwind of games, team training's, school time play, hours of travel for Friday night rep, early morning shooting and NBA highlights has come to a complete halt, Which has raised the question for our players, how should I spend this time?
This break has given us a opportunity to improve our skills that we haven't been able to with our hectic schedules. We encourage you to use this time to come back a little faster, a little stronger, a little more skilled and in whole a much better basketballer. To assist you with this extra practice. We created the 'Ball at Home' page.
The 'Ball at Home' page will be provide you and your families with drills, skills and tips to help improve your basketball at home so you are prepared when we inevitably resume play. Check out the first article on improving your shot without a basketball ring at home.
